Ceremony for newly graduated engineers who completed their probation period

TDET held a ceremony for newly graduated engineers who completed their probation period on 17th October 2017. This is the first step for them to learn and take the challenge of their new job opportunity with us. We have high hopes they will grow and have a bright future here with us together.

The Annual Medical Checkup

The annual medical checkup results have arrived. We conducted a doctor consultation session for staff today, 17th October 2017. Employees’ health is one of the most important drive factors for our company. Everyone, please take care and stay healthy!

Training Day Kick-off Ceremony

TDET held it’s “Training Day Kick-off Ceremony” on 6th October 2017. We were honored to welcome Mr. Nishimura and Ms. Hirata from DENSO Corporation Japan in joining this activity. Being taught by specialized trainers, this training day will be held every Friday from 1.00 PM to enhance TDET staffs ‘efficiency. In addition, the winners together with other staff who outstandingly performed have been awarded “TDET Coding Contest” prizes and will participate in the Coding Contest in DENSO Japan in October 2017.

Sports Day

TDET held its “Internal Sports Day 2017” on 14th July 2017 at Siam Paragon to encourage staff and management to have more interaction and participation with each other and also to play sport (Bowling) for their good health and enjoyment.

Bonus Ceremony

TDET conducted it’s Bonus Ceremony on 19th June 2017. When the fiscal year ends, we evaluate our staffs performance and pay them a bonus in June. This is our traditional ceremony to thank all our staff for their effort throughout the year.

Songkran's Ceremony

TDET held Songkran’s Ceremony on 17th April 2017. All employees performed water pouring over the palms of managements to show their respect and gratitude. This Thai traditional ceremony can be fusion of Thai and foreign staff.

The First Shareholder’s Meeting

TDET held the first TDET shareholder’s meeting.We established a joint venture company with DENSO in November 2016 and closed the first fiscal year at the end of March 2017.We gave a presentation of our official financial report to TDET shareholders at the meeting.TDET started the second fiscal year in April and successfully hired 20 new grad engineers.The stakeholders of TDET are mostly satisfied with our performance in the company management.
