We held Internal Sport Day on 9 September 2022 at Blu-O Siam Paragon.

Fortunately we could have a face-to-face event for the first time in 2 years. This activity is planned to be held separately 3 times to avoid COVID-19 internal infection, and this time is the first time. We hope everyone relaxes and enjoys it.

We held an Online Event and Long-Year-Service Ceremony

On March 16, 2022, a lucky draw event and long-year service award ceremony were held online. Unfortunately we could not hold a year-end event for the two years due to COVID-19, but finally made it. More than 400 employees participated in the event, filled with lots of happy smiles from long-serving employees and winners. We think it was a good example of activities that can increase employee satisfaction in any situation.

TDET winning the Special Award 2020

On February 10, 2022, DENSO President Award Ceremony was held online. TDET’s practical development capabilities, attained through trainings, were recognized and TDET won the Special Award 2020. Mr. Arima, President of Denso Corporation, also attended the ceremony. We were privileged to directly emphasize our activities to him. We determined to do our utmost, without being conceited, to win the next President’s Award.

TDET conducted Annual Medical Check Up

On February 1 to 4, we conducted a health examination for fiscal year 2021. The medical checkup was divided into four days and provided with secured social distancing under the Covid-19 pandemic. Our employees enjoyed the opportunity to reunite each other after a long time of being apart due to working from home.

Hosting online entrance ceremonies for new graduates

In October and November 2021, and January 2022, we held online New Grads Ceremonies which is an entrance ceremony for newly graduated employees having passed probation. We were hoping to get together in person, however, given the current circumstances with COVID-19, the ceremony took place virtually this year. Amidst a fast-changing technology world, we expect the employees to improve their skills day by day to become key players in the industry.

Mr. Yasushi Takabayashi will be appointed new President

In April, 2021, Mr. Yasushi Takabayashi will be appointed new CEO &President of NETH. (officially appointed on extraordinary shareholder’s meeting in this May). Despite his inauguration during the difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic, he will be a pillar of NETH and greatly contribute to the further growth of the company by utilizing his many years of experience in the electronic component industry and considerable experience as an expatriate.

This year, all areas were eligible for the award, and the representatives received the award smilingly. 5S is one of our jobs. We understand the purpose of 5S and will create a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace.
